How can I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Select the products you want to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Then click on the shopping cart to review and confirm your order. Enter your details, choose a payment method, and complete the order. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order online via the carrier’s website.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight of the order, and the delivery location. The exact shipping costs are shown during the checkout process (before you confirm payment). Within the Netherlands, we offer standard shipping rates. For international orders, shipping costs may be higher.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Most orders are delivered within 1-3 working days (within the Netherlands), provided the product is in stock. For international orders, delivery times can vary from 5-7 working days, depending on the destination country and shipping method. These times are indicative.
How can I return an item?
Would you like to return something? No problem! You can return a product within 14 days of receipt. It must be in its original condition and unused. To start the return process, either fill in the return form on our website or contact us by email. You are responsible for the return costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon receipt.
How does your warranty work?
We expect that you will enjoy your purchase for a long time. However, it may happen that something breaks or does not function properly. We provide a warranty on all products we sell. The warranty period varies per product and depends on the manufacturer. Please check the product page for specific warranty information. We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, Credit card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, Bank transfer, AfterPay (if available).

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we can no longer change or cancel it. In that case, you can return the order in accordance with our returns policy.
The product I received is damaged or defective
While we assume that you will receive your order correctly, it is of course possible that the product may be damaged or not work properly. If you notice this upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days. We will replace the product free of charge or refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs. If you send us photos of the damage, this will help us speed up the process.
