- Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of your order, as well as its destination. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at the checkout, before you confirm payment. A standard shipping rate applies to orders within the Netherlands. Costs may vary for international shipping. - Shipping methods and times
We offer various shipping methods. The expected delivery time depends on the chosen shipping option and the customer’s location:- Within the Netherlands: Most orders are delivered within 1-3 working days after confirmation of the order, provided the product is in stock.
- International shipping: For orders outside the Netherlands, the expected delivery time is usually between 5-7 working days, depending on the destination country and the chosen shipping option.
Delivery times are only an estimate and may vary depending on the carrier and other circumstances. However, we always aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
- Packaging and delivery
All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the specified address. - Track your order
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track its progress. This number will be sent to you by email, enabling you to check the status of your parcel.
Returns
- Right to return
At HVAC Lift, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The return period commences on the day after receipt of the order. To exercise your right to return, you must notify us within the 14-day return period by email or using the return form on our website. - Returning Products

- Please ensure that the products are properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
The customer is responsible for the return costs, unless otherwise agreed.
- Return Policy
- Products must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with the original packaging and labels intact.
- Products that have been custom-made for the customer cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged.
- For returns of larger products, such as HVAC lifts, additional return costs may apply.
- Refunds
Once we have received and checked the return shipment, we will refund the amount paid (excluding any return costs) within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original order. - Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged product or one that does not meet the specifications, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of receipt. We will replace it free of charge or refund you the full purchase price, including any shipping costs.
